These images are taken in Kuwait, on my walk to and from work.
After returning from my trip to Nepal, I was feeling uninterested in photography. The pressure of trying to take pictures that appeal to others lead me to a point where photography ceased to be fun. I think that was starting to be reflected in my images, and it is the reason for my long absence.
So I have reintroduced some fun into my photography by building my own Holga lens for my DSLR. I have always enjoyed the fantastic images that a plastic lens can create, and now to have this fun with a digital-back to record it all makes this a very fun camera to shoot with. It is helping me to turn a new eye to old subjects. I hope you enjoy the results.-Lou
